Steps

Keep ready all the ingredients.

Peel and mash potato and add all the ingredient.

Mix well and make just like dough.

Make dumplings and shape like meduvada with the help of your hands.

Put this vada in hot pan turn the side when one side is done.

Cook till golden and crisp serve hot with chutney.
