Take a pressure cooker add ghee and oil heat it add Cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies paste, ginger garlic paste, onion, bhajan Aloo, carrot, green peas, tomatoes,beans fry it nicely.

Next step add turmeric powder,Cumin coriander powder,salt, sugar, Kasuri Methi, coriander leaves, rice mix it well and fry nicely for 5min.

Next step add water to fried vegetables and rice boil it for 3 whistle. Serve it hot with raita or papad.
