Ingredients

  1. 2cup-Bhajan
  2. 2cup- Rice
  3. 1cup-Potato
  4. 2tsp-Green chilli paste
  5. 1tsp- Ginger garlic paste
  6. 2-Onion
  7. 1cup-Carrot
  8. 1cup-Beans
  9. 1tsp-Turmeric powder
  10. 1tsp-Cumin coriander powder
  11. 1tsp-cumin seeds
  12. 1tsp-Mustard seeds
  13. 1tsp-Coriander leaves
  14. 2tsp-Oil & Ghee (1tsp oil &1tsp ghee both)
  15. 5cup- Water
  16. 1-Tomato
  17. 1tsp-Green peas

Steps

15to 20 mins
  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add ghee and oil heat it add Cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chillies paste, ginger garlic paste, onion, bhajan Aloo, carrot, green peas, tomatoes,beans fry it nicely.

    Next step add turmeric powder,Cumin coriander powder,salt, sugar, Kasuri Methi, coriander leaves, rice mix it well and fry nicely for 5min.

    Next step add water to fried vegetables and rice boil it for 3 whistle. Serve it hot with raita or papad.
