Ingredients

  2. 300 gramspaneer /cottage cheese
  3. 2 tablespoonscream
  4. 1 tablespoonghee
  5. 2Tomatoes pureed
  6. Masala paste
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  9. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  10. 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  11. 1 teaspoonEgg curry powder
  12. 2 tablespoonsoil for cooking
  13. Masala paste
  14. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  15. 8-10cashews
  16. 2dry red chillies
  17. 1/2 cupwarm water
  18. 2onions chopped
  19. 2green chillies chopped
  20. 4-5garlic cloves
  21. 1/2 inchpiece of ginger
  22. 1 teaspoonoil
  23. Coriande leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Soak chilli, cashews and cumin in warm water for masala paste ready. Puree tomatoes.

    Fry onion, chilli, ginger and garlic until soft.

    Make paste.

    Take oil in kadhai, add the masala paste and cook. Add 1/4 cup water so the masala doesn't burn.

    Add turmeric, chilli and coriander powder.

  6. 6

    Add tomato puree and mix.

  7. 7

    Cover and cook on low flame.

  8. 8

    Add salt and curry powder.

  9. 9

    Add cream and ghee.

  10. 10

    Cook for some time and add paneer cubes.

  11. 11

    Cover and let the paneer soften.

  12. 12

    Garnish and serve with Naans, chapatis or Pulaos.
