Break egg in a bowl, add milk, flavour,pinch of salt and sugar. Whisk together

Add flour and whisk to remove lumps

Add water little by little to obtain a light consistency

Grease pan and start to fry pancake
- 5
Roll sausage in pancake and pick toothpick to hold the roll
- 6
Serve with hot or cold drink
