Ingredients

  1. 1cassava
  2. sauce:
  3. 1egg
  4. garlic powder
  5. sunflower oil
  6. 1 splashlemon (very little)
  7. hot smoked paprika
  8. salt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First, cut the cassava in half and make some lengthwise cuts, then peel it

    Cut in half and remove the stringy core, then cut into cubes

    Add salt to water and boil for about 5 minutes, then remove and drain

  4. 4

    Make a mayonnaise with the egg, sunflower oil, garlic, a little lemon, and salt

  5. 5

    Preheat the oven and put the cassava in to brown a little (be careful not to let it harden)

  6. 6

    Serve with the sauce and sprinkle with hot paprika... and enjoy...🌵
