Cranberry & Cream cheese Cup Cakes

Ingredients

12 cups
  1. 100 gramsCream cheese
  2. 50 gramsButter (or Oil)
  3. 100 gramsSugar
  4. 2 piecesEggs
  5. 100 gramsFlour
  6. 1 tspBaking powder
  7. 40-50 gramsDry Cranberry
  8. 2 tbspLemon Juice

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the dry Cranberry half or quarter size. Put it in Lemon Juice.

    Bring Cream cheese and Butter to room temperature. Mix it well. (It is easy to heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.)

    Then add the sugar. Mix it well.

  4. 4

    Add the beaten eggs and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add the Cranberry with Lemon juice and mix well.

  6. 6

    Sift Flour and Baking powder. Add it in the dough and mix well.

  7. 7

    Put the dough in cupcake molds and bake it in 180℃ oven for 20 minutes.
