Ingredients

  1. Tart
  2. 1 2/3 cupsGraham Crumbs
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 6 tbspmelted butter
  5. Ube/Custard Filling
  6. 1.5egg yolks
  7. 1 tbspvanilla
  8. 0.5 stickbutter
  9. 0.75+. 25 cup milk
  10. 0.5 cupcondensed/ ube condensed
  11. 2 tbspflour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sugar+graham/add butter/heat for 10mins at 350F

  2. 2

    Cream Patisserie

  3. 3

    Rolling boil milk/egg + condensed/milk + flour

  4. 4

    Flour into egg/hot milk into the mixture/cook over med heat ~5mins /remove from heat add butter

  5. 5

    Cool/add vanilla
