Ingredients

  • Tart
  • 1 2/3 cupsGraham Crumbs
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 6 tbspmelted butter
  • Ube/Custard Filling
  • 1.5egg yolks
  • 1 tbspvanilla
  • 0.5 stickbutter
  • 0.75+. 25 cup milk
  • 0.5 cupcondensed/ ube condensed
  • 2 tbspflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Sugar+graham/add butter/heat for 10mins at 350F

  2. 2

    Cream Patisserie

  3. 3

    Rolling boil milk/egg + condensed/milk + flour

  4. 4

    Flour into egg/hot milk into the mixture/cook over med heat ~5mins /remove from heat add butter

  5. 5

    Cool/add vanilla
