Take 2 tablespoons of oil in a kadai stir fry gobi and aloo with half teaspoon of salt for 10 minutes

Take oil in a kadai, add chopped onions ginger garlic paste, fry till onions become brown, add all dried masala tomato puree and slice tomato also, fry for 10 minutes in low flame, add florets of gobi and aloo, add adequate amount of salt and mix these things together add required amount of water and give a boil. Cook till done
