Knead until you get a fine dough for about 6minutes

Add in 2 tablespoon oil and continue to knead for 3mins

Let the dough rest for 20minutes

On your working area,dust with flour and with the help of a rolling pin roll the dough and cut into desirable shapes

Heat the oil, then deep fry the mandazi,

Turn them when they turn brown,

Repeat steps 8&9 for the rest of mandazis

Serve with tea or milk
