Ingredients

  • 1 kgchicken wings washed
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 150 mlLight soy sauce
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 tsplime juice
  • 1 tbspmelted butter
  • 1 tbspchilli garlic sauce and (optional) mr. Naga pickle
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 3 clovesmashed garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk everything in a bowl and leave 50ml of the sauce aside.

  2. 2

    Marinade the wings in the sauce thoroughly and leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours

  3. 3

    Preheat the oven to gas mark 7, add tin foil to your oven tray and spread the wings on the tray before putting it in the oven for 45-50 minutes

  4. 4

    Once the wings are cooked put it in a bowl, add the rest of the sauce and marinade it again for that extra delicious taste
