Dal Dhokli

Soak dal for 30 minutes.

In a pressure cooker add dal water salt and turmeric powder cover the lid and cook till 3 whistles then lower the flame after 5 minutes switch off the flame let the pressure release on it's own.

Other side prepare to tamper in a pan add 1 tbsp ghee when hot add peanuts add cumin seeds mustard seeds red dry chilli curry leaves asafoetida powder ginger garlic finely chopped saute it add red chilli powder turmeric powder salt and add finely chopped tomatoes when it becomes tender mash it bit with ladle

For Dhokli in a bowl add all the ingredients with the water make tight dough

On a rolling board roll the small portion of dough like thin chappti with the knife cut diamond shape or any shape you like

On the flame put the cooker in which you have boiled the dal blend it and add the water about 2 glasses or more because we need thin consistency so when we add Dhokli along with it dal will become thicker add jaggery and garam masala

When dal is boiling add Dhokli and give nice boil first few minutes in high flame than on low until you find Dhokli has cooked

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves it's so yummy and easy to make.
