Fried Rice

Keep all ingredients ready. Wash and finely chopped all vegetables. Heat the oil in a pan, saute onion, garlic ginger for two minutes.

Add capsicum, coriander, beans, carrot and saute on sim heat untill they are semi crisp. Add black pepper powder, salt -give a stir mix.

Add soya sauce, vinager and ketchup and mix well.

Add rice, mix everything gently. Finally, add spring onions and mix. Fried rice is ready. Transfer to a serving plate.
