This recipe helped me loose 30 pounds during my Daniel Fast. You can add salt and pepper but I think it taste great without. The lemon really makes this dish pop!
Steps

Chop kale and beet stalks and leaves

Mince garlic
- 3
Heat olive oil in a wok on medium heat
- 4
Add garlic and let fry for 15 seconds
- 5
Then add kale and beet stalk toss with two wooden spoons frequently to ensure all leaves are cooked
- 6
Add precooked garbanzo beans and stir for another 2 minutes
- 7
Turn off fire and serve with lemon juice
