Ingredients

1 serving
  • 3 cupsKale
  • 1 cupGarbanzo beans (pre-cooked)
  • 2Garlic cloves
  • Halfa Lemon
  • 4beet stalks and leaves(optional)
  • 2table spoons of olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop kale and beet stalks and leaves

  2. 2

    Mince garlic

  3. 3

    Heat olive oil in a wok on medium heat

  4. 4

    Add garlic and let fry for 15 seconds

  5. 5

    Then add kale and beet stalk toss with two wooden spoons frequently to ensure all leaves are cooked

  6. 6

    Add precooked garbanzo beans and stir for another 2 minutes

  7. 7

    Turn off fire and serve with lemon juice
