Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupdalia
  • 1 cupmoong dal
  • 1/2 cupnutrela
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1chopped capsicum or any seasonal veggies
  • 2 tspoil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • as neededGreen coriander leaves to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak moong dal for at least 1hour,then in cooker add oil add chopped onion and cook till it turns pinkish,add all veggies with all dry masalas

    As masala is cooked add dalia,moongdal,nutrela and mix all

    Add water in the cooker,water level should be above the mixture add coriander leaves close the lid and give 3 whistle

    Your Dalia Pulao is ready to serve
