Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put the 2L water in a sauce pot, mix in salt, sugar, and chicken stock powder together. Put the sauce pot on a low heat and let it simmer. Don’t boil. Once the salt, sugar, and chicken stock powder have dissolved, turn off the heat. Let the brining solution rest for 5-7 mins or until room temperature.
- 2
Put the chicken parts into the brining solution and let it sit there overnight.
- 3
Mix all the dry ingredients into a bowl and set aside.
- 4
Once you’ve taken the chicken out, use your less dominant hand to handle it out of the brining solution and your dominant hand to bread it.
- 5
After breading your chicken, let is rest for 2-3 mins on a separate tray or flat tray.
- 6
Fry until golden brown or once the chicken floats from the bottom of the deep fryer.

I modified a recipe from "America's Most Wanted Recipes," which features recipes from famous restaurants and fast food chains.Chicken with bones attached tastes better than boneless. The original recipe uses 3 1/2 tablespoons of salt, and instead of allspice, uses accents, flavor enhancers, and a pressure fryer. Recipe by NY cookpad.japan -
