Clean Chicken thoroughly

Separate boneless pieces of chicken and cut them in small chunks

Sprinkle tumeric, chilli powder (bedgi chilli)

Squeeze lemons

Whisk an egg and mix it in with others

Cover the chicken with the marinate and rest it for 20 minutes

Put a table spoon or two of oil in a flat pan

After the pan gets hot, pick the marinated pieces of chicken

Cover the pieces with corn flour

Place the pieces separately on the pan

Shallow fry both the sides till it gets golden colour

Ready to serve
