Paneer bhurji (gravy form) with bun
Steps

In a pan heat oil and butter. Add chopped onion, crushed garlic and ginger. Saute till oil seperates. Add besan and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Now add chopped capsicum and tomatoes. Add little water and cook until tomatoes softens well. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder,garam masala powder and kitchen king masala. Mix well.

Add salt, chopped coriander leaves, kasoori methi and malai. Mix well. Add crumbled or grated paneer and combine well. Add required water, cover with lid and cook for 3-4 minutes or till get desired consistency.

Tempting paneer bhurji is ready. Serve with roasted bun with butter. Also goes well with paratha.
