2 bowlsmakhana
1/2sp Kashmiri chilly powder
1sp peri peri masala
1/2sp chat masala
5curry leaves
2sp peanuts
2sp oil
to tasteSalt

Steps

1

Heat kadai and roast makhana till crisp.

Heat oil in kadai add peanuts when golden add curry leaves,chilly powder,peri peri masala salt and mix.

Add makhana to spicy mix and mix it thoroughly so to coat makhana with masala.

Take out in serving plate and enjoy.
