Place a frying pan & turn on the gas, Dry roast cloves, pepper, 1 medium Cinnamon, black cardamom 2,4 Dried Kashmiri Red Chilies, grated coconut Dry roast 15 -20 second on low flame.Once done, keep the spices aside to cool them down

Place a Kadai (wok) and turn on the gas. Add oil & let it heat up. Add the chopped Onions (3) garlic (10) and add roughly chopped tomatoes grind with the whole spices and grind in the mixer grinder.

Now heat oil in a kadai and add chop garlic. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes.Then add Red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder salt per taste, turmeric powder 1l2 spoon add prepared masala.

Add little hot water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes and keep checking in between.

After 5 minutes add chopped Coriander leaves and mix a little. Chicken Bhuna Masala is ready.
