Steps

Wash the rice for thrice and dry it on a cloth.

Once it is dried blend it smoothly.

Take a pan add ghee to it and fry blended mixture.

Saute for few minutes.

Take it into a plate and let it cool. In a cooker add water, few drops oil and lastly add sauted rice mixture and cook it.

Now take a pan add a teaspoon of oil to it.

Add the mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal and peanuts and let them splutter.

Fry them until golden brown color.

Add the slit green chillies, red chillies, curry leaves and fry for a few seconds.

Turn off the heat.

Combine the cooked rice rava into pan and mix well.

Serve hot with pickle..
