Masoor Dal Dosa

Soak masoor dal and rice together for 4 hours.

After that, strain and grind them in mixer to a fine paste.

Add salt, chilli powder and water to make a thin, runny dosa batter.

Heat oil in a pan and put cumin and mustard seeds.

Add chopped onions and dry red chilli and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add turmeric, chilli and garam masala powder.

Add boile and mashed potatoes and mix well.

Add salt and cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.

Heat a nonstick dosa tava and pour a ladle full dosa batter.

Sprinkle oil on dosa, and when it starts crisp from 1 side put potato filling on it.

Roll it carefully, remove from tava and serve hot with chutney
