Wash thoroughly and Cut bhindi into required size. Fry onions in cooking oil and add potatoes.

When potatoes are half done add finely cut tomatoes

When tomatoes got soft add spices and mix well.

After frying thoroughly add bhindi.

Add finely chopped green coriander and green chilli. Cook it at medium to high flame. Don’t cover it immediately. It will lose it's green colour. After 5-6 minutes cover it and cook left it for 1-2 minutes at low flame. After that add 1-2 teaspoon of dry coriander powder and dish it out :)

For tali hui sabz mirchain wash green chilli and put it in stainer untill water dries.

Now cut a chilli from middle and add salt using tip of knife.

Leave them for 4-5 minutes, Heat up oil for frying. And fry them at medium to low flame till changes colour.

For Thandi lassi add yogurt, milk, water and ice into blender. Blend until foam shows up.

Serve bhindi and lassi with tandoor ki “desi ghee me chopri” hui roti and freshly cut salad.
