The other day, I overcooked Potato and I couldn’t make what I meant to cook with it. So I just chucked it into a baking dish, added Canned Salmon, squeeze some Japanese Mayonnaise over, cover with some leftover Cheese, then baked it. The result was not bad at all.

Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 3-4Potatoes *about 600g, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 can (210 g)Salmon
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Japanese Mayonnaise
  • Butter to grease a baking dish
  • 1/2 cupshredded Tasty Cheese (Cheddar)
  • 1 tablespoonchopped Parsley *OR Chives, Spring Onion, Dill, etc

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook Potato pieces in salted water until soft. Preheat the oven to 220℃.

  2. 2

    Drain Canned Salmon, remove unwanted large bones and skin from Salmon, and break into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Lightly butter a baking dish, place drained Potato pieces, sprinkle with Salt & Pepper. Spread Salmon evenly, squeeze some Japanese Mayonnaise over, and cover with shredded Cheese.

    Bake for 10 minutes or until the top is browned. Sprinkle with some green herbs and serve.
