  2. Egg
  3. Pepper
  4. Meat
  5. Onions
  6. Garlic
  7. Seasonings
  8. Ginger
  9. Plantain
  10. Vegetables

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash meat and put in pot to cook for 40mins add pepper, onions, garlic, ginger, seasonings and vegetables for 2mins

  2. 2

    Peel, slice and cook yam, deep in egg and fry.

  3. 3

    Peel, slice and fry in hot oil and drain. Serve hot
