Take a pan add oil, cinnamon, cumin seed,bay leaf,green chilli,cloves,peppercorn and saute for 1 min than add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped onions and saute for 2 min than add finely chopped tomatoes add salt in it saute for 2 to 3 mins let it cool,make a paste in mixer and sieve it in a bowl.

Again take a pan,put oil in it.peel turai and cut them medium size.Saute it for 6 min till become soft. Take a pan,put oil in it,add cumin seed,paste,red chilli powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder,mix it well,add milk and saute for 5 min thsn add turai in it and saute for 2 min and add karuri methi and garnish with cream.
