Ingredients

5 people
  • Garlic chopped 1 tsp(teaspoon)
  • 1/2 tea spoonSalt
  • 1 tea spoonCorriandar(dhania)
  • Bread slices 4 (cut them in 8 pieces) piece
  • Butter/ ghee 3 tbsp(table spoon)
  • 1/2 tea spoonMixed herbs/ oregano

Steps

  1. 1

    If using butter(it should b on room temperature) waisay I made them from ghee.

  2. 2

    So in ghee put galic,salt and corriandar and oregano and mix well

  3. 3

    Then put this on slice at one side and other side lightly oil... Then cut them in two..

  4. 4

    As I made them in pan so I put mixture side down for clr at low flame then side change and plain side down for clr..

  5. 5

    U have u toast them until they become brown and crispy..

  6. 6

    If in oven same procedure..just oven should b at 120°... As just bhi have to make them crispy and brown..bt still have an eyes on bread otherwise it become darker

  7. 7

    And before serving make them cool so that they become more crispy and serve and eat them with tea
