If using butter(it should b on room temperature) waisay I made them from ghee.

So in ghee put galic,salt and corriandar and oregano and mix well

Then put this on slice at one side and other side lightly oil... Then cut them in two..

As I made them in pan so I put mixture side down for clr at low flame then side change and plain side down for clr..

U have u toast them until they become brown and crispy..

If in oven same procedure..just oven should b at 120°... As just bhi have to make them crispy and brown..bt still have an eyes on bread otherwise it become darker

And before serving make them cool so that they become more crispy and serve and eat them with tea
