Soaked the Boondi in water for 5 minutes. Prepare boiled mango pulp. Chopped the green chilli and ginger.

In mixer jar add mint leaves, coriander leaves, mango pulp,lemon juice, ginger, green chilli, cumin seeds, asafoetodia, both of salt add 1 tbsp water mix well and make smooth paste. Keep aside.

Drain the water from the Boondi. Now pressing lightly & drain excess water. Keep aside.

Take a big bowl. Add chilled or normal water,drain the coriander and mint paste into a sieve or mix in the same way in water. Mix well. Now mix Chaat masala. Aam Panna is ready to serve.

Garnish with Boondi and serve in glass or bowl. Enjoy!!
