  1. 1 cupmaida(all-purpose flour)
  2. 2 tablespoondahi/curd
  3. 1 pinchbaking powder
  4. as neededoil for frying
  5. 1 cupwater
  6. 1/2 cupsugar

    Add dahi to maida, then mix baking powder to it.

    Keep the mixture for 20 -25 minutes.

    Make a cone using a milk packet and add the material to it.

    Fry it in oil,making a round shape of the material.

  5. 5

    Make a chachni and dip jalebi to it.

  6. 6

    Your round jalebi is prepared.
