Ingredients

35-40 mins
5 servings
  • 1 litremilk
  • 3 tbsprice, soaked, rinsed
  • 1 cupchopped fruits- apple, mango, pomegranate, grapes, banana
  • 2 tbspchopped nuts- almond, cashews, raisins
  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder

Steps

35-40 mins
  1. 1

    Heat a heavy bottom pan add milk bring boil and simmer.

  2. 2

    Now add wash and soak rice into the boiling milk mix well. Add cardamom powder.

  3. 3

    Cook till rice and milk combined & thickens add sugar, dry fruits, mix well.

  4. 4

    Cook for few minutes. Flame off.

  5. 5

    Cool down at room temperature. Add chopped fruits and Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

  6. 6

    Serve fruit & nuts kheer.
