Soak 7 cups out of the rice for 2hrs or more

Cook the remaining 1 cup of rice till done

Blend the soaked and cooked rice together into a thick paste. Add yeast and stir. Leave under the sun till it double in size.

Blend onions and add to the paste. Add salt and sugar. Add little baking powder if sour.

Fry with little oil under medium heat till golden brown.
