Firstly wash and peel the mangoes and cut in to thick slices keep it aside.

Heat the wok with pure ghee then add fennel seeds, klonji ginger green chilli, asafotida crackle once add mangoes slices stir until becomes change nice pink colour on medium heat.

Next add jaggery powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, meat masala powder pinch of salt and add water mix it properly on low heat.

Cover and cook until it becomes tendar on low heat.

When gravy start becomes thickness and slightly then reduce the heat.

Now it is done serve it with as a side dish.
