First of all, keep all dryfruits soaked in water the next day at night. And in the morning take out all the drifts from the water and remove the peel of almonds and pistachios and cut them into slices. Cut dried dates and cut cashews too. Now heat the ghee in a pen and fry the pieces of cut dry fruit in it.

Fry all the dry fruits in a plate, now heat the ghee in the same pen again and roast the sevaiyan sev in the ghee.

Keep the other side of the milk boiling. And roast the sev till it turns brown.

Now add milk to it, add milk and milk and save it. Now add milk maid and boil the milk for a while. Then mix the fresh cream or cream in the milk. Mix it again and boil it again.

Now mix the dry fruits in the milk and fry them. Now mix saffron and elachies in the milk.
