Steps

Mix egg whites with castor sugar and mix it. Cook this egg whites on double boiler till sugar is desolved then add lemon juice.

Now whisk this egg whites and sugar Mixture with electric beater till soft peaks form.

Put a drop of colours in sides of piping bag with star tip nozzel. Then pour the Mixture in it. Make any shape meringue cookies.

Bake them in 100° degrees F for 1 hour 45 Minutes. (Meringue cookies loses it's place when it's done).

Meringue cookies are ready to serve. Put them in jar and enjoy your sweet carvings.
