Ingredients

6-7 servings
  1. For Tomato Chokha:
  2. 1/2 kgTomatoes Fresh
  3. 1 spoonChopped Garlic
  4. 1 spoonChopped Ginger
  5. 1 spoonGreen chillies
  6. Green Freshy Coriander
  7. 2 tbsp Mustard oil
  8. 1/2 cupLemon juice
  9. Salt for taste
  10. 2 BChopped Onion-ig
  11. For Bati:
  12. Roasted Chickpea flour/Sattu
  13. Green Freshy Coriander
  14. Green chillies
  15. 1/2 cupLemon juice
  16. Mustard oil
  17. Refined Oil for Cooking
  18. 1 SpoonAjwain
  19. Salt
  20. 1/2 kgWheat flour
  21. Chopped Garlic
  22. Chopped Ginger
  23. Chopped Onion
  24. Butter/Desi Gher

Steps

  1. 1

    For Tomato Chokha, Take a kadhai add 1 spoon oil then put all the Tomatoes to Roasted fry for 10 to 15 min.after frying all tomatoes take a Container add Chopped Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Chilli, Lemon juice, Salt, Mustard oil, and all tomatoes peel off than mash it and make a smooth paste.your tomato Chokha is Ready.

    Now take a Thali add Sattu,Salt, lemon juice, Ajwain, Mustard oil, Chopped Ginger, Garlic, Green chillies, Green fresh Coriander, Chopped Onion mix all the ingredients together and make a Masala filling for Bati. for Making Dough take take Wheat flour,oil,salt, Ajwain,mix well then knead a soft dough with the help of water.After 5 min take a piece of dough make a thin round shape fill the Masala into it.then cover it.

    Then after filling all the masala into dough and making ball or bati then take a Appam Maker pre heat then brush with oil put all the Bati in Appam Maker,Cover the lid and cook for 10-12 min in each side.in low flame after making Bati crush the bati with the help of spoon fill deti ghee or Butter into it.

    After Cooking both Tomato Chokha and Bati.Serve it hot Chokha Garnish with green freshy Coriander.
