  1. 200 mlyoghurt (approx 6 Tbs)
  2. 1 Literwater
  3. 1/3 tspsalt

    Take Yoghurt and pour into blender, add salt

    Blend it well

    Aprox 250 ml and add 500ml water and and put it in fridge

    When you want to serve add 500 water more and mix it up well and serve
