Ingredients

  1. 200 gmMushroom
  2. For grinding
  3. 1/2 spoonJeera/cumin seeds
  4. 1/2 spoonfennel seeds
  5. 1 spoonCoriander seeds
  6. 2Red chilli
  7. 1Green chilli
  8. 1Onion
  9. 2Tomatoes
  10. 1/2 spoonGinger garlic paste
  11. 2 tspCurry leaves
  12. 2 tspCoriander leaves
  13. For frying
  14. 1Bay leaf
  15. 2cloves (lavang)
  16. 1/2 Cinnamon stick
  17. Masala
  18. 1 spoonTurmeric powder
  19. 1 spoonCoriander powder
  20. 1 spoonRed chilli powder
  21. 1/2 spoonGaram masala

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry all for grinding till Onion turns golden brown in colour and tomato get mashed.

  2. 2

    Grind it after cooling.

  3. 3

    Wash with maida to remove dirt and cut mushroom into small size. Fry it adding turmeric.keep it aside.

  4. 4

    Fry the ingredients to fry add 1 spoon finely chopped onion.

  5. 5

    Add ginger garlic paste 1/2 spoon.Add the masalas to it.

  6. 6

    Now add ground Onion paste to it. Finally add coriander leaves. Serve it hot with roti.
