Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped mango
  2. 1 cupwhipped cream
  3. 1 pinchcardamon powder
  4. 1 tbsphoney
  5. 1 tbspChopped mixed dryfruit (optional)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a mixture jar add chopped mango, honey and blend it till smooth.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add whipping cream and with the electric beater whip the cream till you get stiff peaks. Now add mango puree and cardamom powder and mix well.

    In small shot glasses layer this cream with the help of piping bag, add mango chunks and then again this cream layer.

  4. 4

    Now design the top of mousse with the white icing using the piping bag and any nozzle. And garnish the top with red sweet cherries. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes before serving.
