Tke vessel put sugar and water and mke sugar syrup by adding lemon and cardomom cook fr 15mins till it's sticky dein switch of the gas let it cool down

Dein tke vessel put white flour,semolina,khoya,pinch of salt,pinch of baking powder,lil melted ghee and milk knead it and make a dough and dein mke small balls see dat it should nt crack

Dein tke vessel put ghee and fry the balls till it's golden brown dein remove and cool down and 1by 1drop ur balls in sugar syrup and let atlst fr sumtym.til the sugar dyrup absorbs and frm inside it bcms soft

Ur Gulab jamun is ready to eat if u wnt u can put some dryfruits on top
