Zhunka Bhakri

To prepare Bhakrii, take Jowar Flour in a bowl, add salt and lukewarm water as required to knead a smooth dough.

Make portions out of it and knead it again for some time. Now tap it with your fingers and spread the dough to form a medium thick roti.

Put it on a hot tawa and apply water on top using a cloth. After the water dries, flip it and let it cook. Then flip it again and roast directly on the stove. After few spots appear, remove it on a plate.

To prepare Zunka, heat oil in a kadhai, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt and stir it.

Now add the besan flour and roast it for around 5 minutes. Sprinkle some water and close the lid. Let it cook on low flame for around 5 min

Serve Zunka with Bhakri and sliced onions.
