Ingredients

  • एक कप तुवर दाल
  • दो चम्मच घी
  • राई, जीरा,हल्दी पाउडर,हींग, नमक,लाल मिर्च पाउडर स्वादानुसार
  • कड़ी पत्ता, हरी मिर्ची, अदरक का पेस्ट
  • एक बारीक कटा हुआ टमाटर और प्याज
  • एक चौथाई कप किसी हुई कैरी और एक चम्मच किसा हुआ गुड

    एक बड़े कुकर में दाल डालकर, डबल पानी डालकर, हल्दी,नमक डाल दे और ढक्कन लगाकर कुकर को 10 मिनट के लिए कम गैस पर रख दे ।10 मिनट बाद में दाल पक जाएगी

    एक कढ़ाई में घी डालकर राई, जीरा, हल्दी,हींग डाल दे। जब राई तड़ तड़ आए तब हरी मिर्ची, अदरक, कढ़ी पत्ते का पेस्ट और टमाटर प्याज डाल दे।

    इसके बाद किसी हुई कैरी डाल दे ।कैरी जब थोड़ी नरम हो जाए और तेल छोड़ दे तब पक्की हुई दाल डाल दे ।आधा कप पानी डाल दे। गुड और नमक डाल दे। 10 मिनट के लिए दाल को कम गैस पर पकने दें।

    तो यह तैयार है आपकी गरम गरम खट्टी मीठी दाल इसे आप पराठा या चावल के साथ खा सकते हैं
