Aampanna is khattala and mitha in taste.It helps to beat the heat in summers.
Steps

In a pan add water, raw mango, salt, sugar, red chilli powder. Stir and mix well. Let it cook on low heat till the mangoes are softened and cooked well.

The consistency will get thick. Once done switch off the heat.

Let it cool down then blend it to smooth consistency.

The puree is ready and can be stored in refrigerator for many days in air tight container.

While add 3 to 4 tablespoon puree in serving glass add chilled water1/2 glass or as needed. Mix it well.

Now sprinkle roasted jeera powder, garnish with fresh mint leaves for flavor, Also add icecubes and serve chilled.
