Steamed Mango Curd

Mix Condensed milk, mango puree, curd and sugar. Make a fine mixture.

Heat water in a pan and keep a stand in it. Brush your bowl with oil and pour in the mixture. Cover and fold with foil paper.

Keep your bowl on the stand at low heat for about 20 mins. Check with toothpick a few times so that the curd doesn't stick. Remove your foil paper. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Steamed mango curd is ready to serve.
