Meray ghar may buzrg zada shoq se meat nahi khatay to this dish is for vegetables lovers.. Hope all of u will like it

First peel karailay and put some salt rub them and leave for two hours

In half cup oil saute onions

Blend onions and tomatoes and yoghurt well
- 4
Put them back on pan and bhonify
- 5
Mix all dry spices except dry methi
- 6
When oil comes out tuen off the flame

Wash salted karelas and let them dry

Put some crushed onion and Podeena green chillies and stuff in these karelas

Tie them with thread as shown in the pic

In a separate pan heat remaining oil and fry these karelas till golden brown

After frying put these karelas in masala and add half cup water and let them cook for another ten minutes.

Sprinkle dry methi and garam masala green chillies on the top.
