Take a heavy bottom pan and add milk for boiling.

When milk was Boiled add choti Elaichi in it and Boiled again on low flame..

When milk reduce in half quantity then add sugar and saffron..ready our rabdi for shahi tukda.

Take kadai add oil for frying the bread slice.Take slice cut into a triangle shape and deep fry all the pieces of bread.

Take one big plate and place the bread slice and cover with rabdi and garnish with Badam and kishmish.Ready for eat our shahi tukda..
