Steps

Sift purpose flour in a bowl and add yeast, sugar and salt to it and mix well.

Knead the dough for buns with water. Dough should be soft not hard.

As sticky dough forms add oil to it and knead well almost 10 mins until smooth dough is formed.

Take another bowl(tripe the size of kneaded dough) grease with oil place the dough in it and wrap it properly with butter paper/ preserving sheet.

Keep at warm place for 2-3 hours.

After this take out dough dust some purpose flour on sheet and again knead dough. Don't let it get hard or dry.

After kneading.. make 5-6 equal balls of dough and place in the greased tray used for baking

Set aside these for another 30 mins.

Then pre heat dixy for 10 minutes at medium to low flame with some salt at it's bottom and a stand in it on which tray is to be placed.

After this place the buns tray in it and bake for 25-30 mins at medium to low flame.

After this buns will be ready to eat in breakfast with lassi or tea.
