Soak rice, chana dal, urad dal for 7-8 hours.

Then after 8 hours grind the dals and rice into a fine paste, it should not be thick nor thin, it should be of a medium consistency.

While making the paste of the dals and rice add all the spices and the pastes then take it out in bowl and keep aside for 10 mins.

Then heat some oil in a wok and to it pour the mixture and fry them till it turns golden brown.

Fry them in medium flame, next take it out in a plate and transfer them on a plate and serve with green chutney or any thing of your choice.
