Rice and urad dal should be wet for 2 to 3 hours take a mixi and mix rice and urad dal,after mixing it add soda curd and mix them well left for half an hour.

Take idli cooker make small idli steam it well. Idli is ready

For chutney blend coconut, chilli amd coriander then take a pan heat it well add oil Mustard Seed,pour the blend cocount coriander batter and stir them add some salt chutney is ready
