Boil milk in a pan and reduce it to half.

Now add chhena in it and mix it well.

Then add sugar and green cardamom powder in it and mix it until the whole mixture dries completely.

Grease a plate with clarified butter.

Now pour the mixture on the greased plate and add chopped almonds and pistachios over it and allow it to serve for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

Cut it as per your choice.

Kalakand is ready to serve now.
