Ive seen so many recipes i wanted to have a go.....
Steps

Add the flour and semolina in a bowl with half a teaspoon of salt. Then make a whole in the middle. Mix the yeast with some water and let it create a foam then add this in the middle.

Then slowly add the water and knead really well. Then get a large bowl and put some olive oil and place the dough to prove for 30 mins. Cover with a tea towel.

Meanwhile add garlic in another bowl. Chop the basil and tomato finely and add these to the garlic. Sprinkle salt pepper some olive oil and a splash of the vinegar.

So after 30mins get an oven tray grease it with olive oil and then spread the dough sparingly. Press it down and using a fork press it down. Then add the mixture made and spread this. Pop it into a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 mins. We enjoyed it warm as a family treat for Fathers day with mayonnaise and chilli oil.
